WGT Art Specifications
Files should be built to 1/12th scale (where 1 inch = 1 foot) for all items except flags.
For maximum color accuracy, files should be built using the CMYK color space.
Bleed should be included in art when needed. If building props that are one image across multiple props, it is not necessary to separate each image/prop with its own bleed. It is recommended you build the art to the size of all the props and put bleed around the outside of the entire piece. Example: you have 5 props that will be 4’H x 10’W so you will build the art 4”H x 50”W and add .5” bleed on each side. This will ensure the image lines up properly across all items.
Floor drops do not require bleed.
Vector files are preferred, but Photoshop or other raster images are accepted. All raster images should be a minimum of 300 dpi at 1/12th scale. Layered Photoshop files are preferred when providing rasterized art.
Flags should be built using our templates to ensure all art items are places in desired location. Flag art should be a minimum of 300 dpi at full size.
